Are you reliable, passionate about baking? We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at our bakery. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads goods and ensuring their quality and freshness.

Duties
Prepare and bake a wide range of breads using machinery and hand moulding.
Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent results.
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired outcomes.
Present the bread in an appealing manner.
Clean and sanitize work area and equipment regularly.
Work with other members of the family baking team/ management and in an all round team environment.

Skills
Proven experience as a Baker
In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
Ability to follow recipes accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Creativity in decorating baked goods
Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

02.30 - 10.30
