WHO IS THE CBA?

The CBA was formed in in 1887 by Thomas Fletcher who joined forces with like minded bakers in the Birmingham area to share information and ideas to ensure that individual bakeries were as successful as possible. We currently represent 600 members and 2,000 shops throughout the UK. Members not only benefit from practical advice, but also through membership, receive discounts and training.

The Board is made up from key members of the Baking Industry who have at least 300 years experience between them so you can be assured they are aware of the concerns and pressures on Bakery owners today.
