Full Time Baker, Chorley, Lancashire

We are looking for a full time Baker to join our small team, just outside Chorley, Lancashire

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role
Familiarity will all professional kitchen equipment, includingmisers, B.D.M.
Understanding of food safety practices
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Team spirit, with a focused attitude
Flexibility and reliability

SALARY

Dependant on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collating order sheets
Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
Scale and shape different bread types, like tin, bloomers, baguettes and barms
Control oven to ensure proper baking

HOURS

10pm start, bake til finish
Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
35-45 hours per week
