Who We Are

The Dusty Knuckle is a vibrant bakery, café, and Youth Training Programme based in Dalston, Haringey & Highbury. Starting in 2014 from a shipping container, we’ve since expanded into a café, pizza spot, and a high-energy van serving the local community. Awarded Best Bakery in London by Time Out and a King’s Enterprise Award in 2025, we’re a business with a purpose.

Our Youth Training Programme helps young offenders or those at risk of crime transition into professional bakers, providing them with skills, confidence, and financial independence. We believe in creating exceptional food with the finest ingredients and everything made in-house whenever possible.
