Career Transition into Baking: Romina Zorzini
After a fulfilling career in the legal and technology sectors, Romina has decided to pursue a long-held personal passion: becoming a professional baker and ultimately working in new product development (NPD).
Over the past few years, she has co-founded Relishcakes UK and collaborated with Coori Ltd at Selfridges, developing gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan recipes. These experiences have strengthened his commitment to food innovation and deepened his hands-on skills in baking and product formulation.
She now wishes to take the next steps toward building a full-time career in this field.
