Production Team Member Icers and Packers

We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner “why send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?” Every single biscuit is lovingly handmade from start to finish and each one is totally individual.
We are looking for Icing and Packing Team Members, to start from June 2023 until 22nd December2023. Starting no later than August 30th 2023. You will…
• Learn a new skill, to decorate our beautiful biscuits on our new industry-leading conveyor system – offering a full 4 week training programme!
• Learn to pack our biscuits into our beautiful packaging -full training is provided!
• Work in small teams in Icing or Packing and support each other to complete the overall target.
• Gain experience in bakery production and artisan manufacturing.
• Comply with our Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
• Salaries start at £11.77 per hour (£10.50 per hour + holiday pay) moving to £12.33 per hour for Icing after training (£11.00 per hour + holiday pay).
• This is a Seasonal contract until 22nd December 2023.
You will need to …
• To work full-time 39 hours or 32.5 hours per week shifts are between Monday to Saturday 7am and 9.30pm, with the opportunity for extra overtime hours.
• To be punctual and reliable.
• To have a positive, flexible approach and be a team player.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, ideal however not essential.
• The ability to communicate effectively with all team members.
• A love of biscuits is a must!
