With just weeks to go until doors open to Food & Drink Expo, part of the UK Food & Drink Shows (29th April – 1st May), those planning a visit are being urged to register for their free badge here ahead of three fantastic days of insight, advice and innovation.

Across a buzzing show floor, some of the industry’s biggest names have signed up to speak and share their knowledge. Dedicated stages will be playing host to a raft of industry leading lights, with expert panels discussing the biggest trends and challenges currently faced by the sector.

Craft Baker’s Association CEO Karen Dear will be taking to the stage at 10.30am on Wednesday 1st May in a session tackling the impact of the cost of living crisis on the specialist retail sector. Meanwhile, the winners of Britain Best’s Cake, the brand-new competition for 2024, will be revealed live on The Grocer Stage by Amy North, Editor of British Baker at 3.15pm, Monday 29th April. At the same time on Tuesday, Amy will take to the Farm Shop & Deli Stage, this time to announce the champions of Britain’s Best Loaf, the longstanding competition celebrating everything from sourdough to gluten-free.
