Working Hours – 40-45 per week (including weekends and evenings when on alternative weekly on call Monday-Saturday)
Salary - £35,000.00 - £45,000.00 DOE

Potts Bakers are seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead our fast-paced busy sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication and organisational abilities to manage daily operations and motivate the team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded, oversee and manage the daily sales operations.
Manage Staff Rotas, workload, and overseeing holiday requests and absences
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, be able to address any issues promptly and professionally with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales efforts
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and decision-making
Assist in new product launch plans, to ensure on-time delivery of new products and features.
Communicate project related tasks and timelines
Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance
Maintain Customer accounts and work closely with the accounts team.
Promote the company’s service, product range and image
Ensure all sales performance and department KPIs are met. Identify and implement processes of improvements within the sales office team and drive continuous improvement in customer experience
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, leadership and revenue growth and the ability to lead, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of sales & Marketing strategies and techniques
Proficiency in sales management tools & software
Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Competent IT skills, knowledge in Intermediate Excel & Word are a must.
Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills
Desirable skills
Experience managing KPIs and sales reporting dashboards
Experience in food productions and wholesale
Strong commercial awareness
Ability to drive change and implement new processes
