Overview

We are seeking someone who is skilled and passionate about bread, cakes, confectionary and patisserie and has a good awareness of the bakery business to join our team. If you have a passion for baking, enjoy the challenges of a busy and thriving environment and want to develop your talents in a growing team, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, sourdough, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods

- Follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards

- Mixing, shaping, monitor ovens and baking times

- Decorate baked goods as required

- Maintain a clean and organised workspace

- Assist in stock management and inventory control

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a bakery or similar environment

- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques

- Understanding of kitchen equipment and tools

- Familiarity with food safety regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
