Dough-obsessed since 2006, Seven Seeded Artisan has been at the heart of the better bread movement—baking standout sourdough and viennoiserie from their Hertfordshire base with time-honoured methods, regenerative ingredients, and bundles of heart in every bake.

Rooted in tradition and driven by craft, their team never lets go of the details. From the flour they source to the final feel of the crumb, everything they do is considered. And as demand has grown, they’ve stayed close to the dough—still hand-rolling croissants, still shaping every loaf by hand. Their bakery never sleeps, with passionate bakers working around the clock to produce and deliver thousands of handmade products daily.

Flavour is coaxed from grains. Doughs are rested for as long as they need (sometimes up to 72 hours). Every product is handmade, never half-done. Whether it’s a slow-fermented heritage sourdough, a cloud-soft burger bun, or a pastry that flakes perfectly on bite one—just as much thought goes into the process as the product.
