From Wheat to Loaf: A Unique Hands-On Baking Day at ADM Avonmouth

We’re delighted to offer CBA members a unique chance, kindly hosted by ADM, for a small group of junior and apprentice bakers to gain first-hand insight into flour production and baking innovation with ADM’s technical team.

What to Expect:
✅ A guided tour of the mill
✅ Interactive technical talks
✅ A practical bakery session (Take home what you bake)
✅ Time to learn, ask questions, and network

When: Tuesday 25th November 2025, 10:00am – 4:30pm (please arrive for 09:45)
Where: Avonmouth Old Dock, Bristol BS11 9DL
Lunch provided (please advise of dietary needs)

Please note: Attendees are responsible for their own travel expenses. If you require onsite parking please let us know in advance so we can reserve a space.

A mill tour is also included please bring your own safety shoes, all other PPE will be provided. No jewellery.
