CSM Ingredients Expands Crembel Range with Three New Flavours and Recipe
CSM Ingredients has added three new delicious flavours to the Craigmillar Crembel range. The new flavours of Mango & Passionfruit, Coffee and White Chocolate join the established favourites of Chocolate, Vanilla, Caramel, and Lemon, giving bakers an even broader palette to create stunning products across a variety of applications.
The Ready To Use fudge Icings offer bakers a versatile choice that ensures quality products are created time after time with a stunning high sheen glossy appearance. The new natural colours and flavours have been carefully developed to offer distinct and appealing profiles: Mango & Passionfruit is a vibrant tropical blend with a golden colour and exotic tropical flavour: Coffee offers a rich, full-bodied flavour with earthy aroma and nutty notes and White Chocolate is smooth, creamy and indulgent with an ivory colour.
The whole ready to use range ensures a high-quality sheen and smooth texture when melted. They are non-tacky and freeze thaw stable, creating a great visual appeal and taste. They are also versatile and can be used across topping, piping, dipping and filling with an option to add margarine for lighter frosting and increased yield. All perfect for bakers wanting to create a signature eye catching range. The ‘bag in a box’ sustainable packaging also ensures reduced plastic consumption and the stronger box is double walled and longer liner allows for resealing.
