Karen has worked for the CBA for over 22 years, in this time she has covered all roles within the association and is currently responsible for the day to day management of the association. Finding that no two days are ever the same and working with members and talking to member about their business issues and wider industry concerns is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job role. Karen is ardent about raising the profile of this hardworking industry and consulting with government to ensure the craft bakery sector voice is heard.
