BAKERY SUPERVISOR POSITON

We are currently looking to recruit a Bakery Supervisor based in our Bread department on the night shift at Greenhalghs, Bolton. You will be required to work 5 nights a week, Sunday to Friday (inclusive), start time will depend on production requirements and will vary on a daily basis between 2pm and 8pm, your average weekly hours will be 42-45 hours, however as production levels might vary on a daily basis, you will have to be flexible with your working hours. You will work as a part of the team to achieve production requirements, ensuring that all work is undertaken in accordance with company procedures to meet product quality standards.

Proven experience will be required of working in a bakery environment and to have the knowledge and skills in producing a variety of bakery products (preferably bread products). You will have excellent supervisory skills and ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast paced environment.
